3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4. Bookings and Appointments

4.1 Making Bookings

When making a booking, you must:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
• Select an available date and time slot
• Pay any required deposit
• Confirm you are the vehicle owner or have authorization

4.2 Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are:

• Non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment
• Fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance
• 50% refundable if you cancel between 24-48 hours in advance
• Deducted from your final invoice

4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

• Logging into your account and managing your booking
• Contacting us directly via phone or email

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund if we cancel.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing bookings.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Bank transfer
• Cash (for in-person services)

All online payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor.

5.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Mobile service call-out fees
• Work outside normal business hours
• Additional parts or services discovered during diagnosis
• Failed payment fees

We will always inform you of additional charges before proceeding with work.

6. Vehicle Ownership and Authorization

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle
• Or you have written authorization from the owner
• The vehicle is not stolen or subject to a police marker
• You have the right to request the services

We reserve the right to refuse service and may report suspicious requests to authorities.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our negligence
• The amount paid for the specific service
• The limits of our insurance coverage

7.2 Limitations

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing faults or conditions
• Consequential losses (e.g., loss of income, travel costs)
• Damage to other vehicle systems not related to our work
• Failures of third-party products or services
• Force majeure events beyond our control

7.3 Your Insurance

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for your vehicle. Modifications to vehicle electronics may need to be disclosed to your insurer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cymru Autokeys or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
